when tammy tutorial issues a challenge...and she is an amazing inspiration and friend in your life...you listen...and you are grateful...
tammy...thank you...for inspiring me, for advising me, for sharing your creative soul with so many, and for being you...this one's for you...
the freindly, sweet twitter challenge was to create and blog...because i haven't been doing much of that...and she wanted to be supportive...and i love her for it...
so, i played with some crackle paint...picket fence and rock candy...
i played with glitter, and dies...distress stains and seam binding...
i played with glassine paper, perfect pearl mist, and sewing patterns...
and...i played with idea-ology metal, paint dabbers and stamps...
what joy i had...creating...i have missed it...and am so grateful for a sweet friend's nudge!!
i adore this project...but more importantly i adore the reminder that creating feeds my soul...
the Inspiration Emporium August Monthly Challenge is to use paint...I used acrylic paint dabbers on the edges of my project as well as on all the metal pieces...i like the look of the paint on the metal and dabbers make the aplication so easy!
I hope that you find the time to feed your creative soul...if you want to play along...go here, you could win $50 in Emporium Dollars!!
it was nice to see you again...i have missed you!!

This is so, so pretty, Chelle!! I love the touches of glitter - the whole thing is so feminine and lovely. I'm glad you rose to the challenge!
